We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be deffective, damaged or the wrong one. In anycase, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@planesandsails.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll inform you immediately.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and or deffects in the material, print or embroidery will be automatically replaced for free or refunded.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, 

Non refundable / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded or returned  such as special orders or personalized items that you have pre approved on checking out.  To be clear, we cannot be held responsible if, in example, a name is misspelled or  for your typing error.  However, since gremlins can happen to get into the works, should the  quality of print not be up to standard for some unfortunate reason, please get in touch for an immediate free replacement. Likewise, if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, do please contact us.  

Refunds
Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process it and notify you. We certainly will as soon as it's done.
